Ba (Hons) Dissertation

This research journal, titled "Design for Accessibility and Inclusion," is a professional Level 6 project developed for a university module that required the creative adaptation of a dissertation into a highly visual and engaging journal format.

The work critically evaluates how typographic systems, color decisions, and user interface (UI) structures directly influence digital accessibility and user experience.

By analyzing established frameworks such as the UK Equality Act 2010 and WCAG 2.2, the journal argues that accessibility should move beyond "performative compliance" and instead be embraced as a core creative strategy and ethical obligation. Ultimately, it serves to demonstrate how empathetic, user centered design can transform technical requirements into inclusive and empowering digital environments.
